2. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or written communication.
- A minimum advance (usually 50%) is mandatory to reserve services.
- Balance payments must be cleared as per the agreed schedule (generally 7 days before departure).
3. Pricing and Inclusions
- All package prices are subject to availability and may vary due to changes in taxes, transport, or currency rates.
- Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each package. Please review them carefully before confirming.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Travel Documents and Visa
- Travelers are responsible for possessing valid travel documents including passports, visas, and permits.
- Visa services offered are facilitative in nature and approval is subject to embassy discretion.
6. Health & Safety
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel.
- We advise all travelers to purchase adequate travel insurance before departure.
- COVID-19 protocols (if applicable) must be followed as per government guidelines.
7. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or political unrest.
- Any such changes will be communicated in advance and alternatives of equal value will be provided.
8. Liability Limitation
- We act as agents for airlines, hotels, and transport services, and shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, loss, or damage caused by third parties.
- We are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or accident that occurs during the trip.
9. Code of Conduct
- All customers must follow the laws and cultural norms of the destination.
- Unruly behavior may result in termination of the travel agreement without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, brochures, and promotional material is the property of Al Musadiq Tours and Travels. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to jurisdiction in Srinagar courts only.
